How it works

Register your school

Fill in the registration form. We review your request and approve your school.

Get your code

Once approved, you receive a unique code that you can share with your teachers.

Design the planners

Each teacher uses the code to design their own planner and add it to the bulk order.

Place the order

As soon as all planners are configured, you place the bulk order. We then send you the invoice and deliver all planners together.

Frequently asked questions about bulk orders

When do schools get a volume discount?

From 5 planners you get a 5% discount on the bulk order, from 10 planners 10%. From 15 planners we are happy to put together individual terms for you. From as few as 3 planners, 10 additional pages per planner are included.

How does a bulk order work?

You register your school using the registration form and, once approved, receive a unique code for your staff. Each teacher uses it to design their planner in the configurator and adds it to the bulk order. As soon as all planners are ready, you place the order.

Can each teacher design their own planner?

Yes. Even with a central order, each teacher designs their own cover, subjects, timetable and their school's holidays – the bulk order only coordinates invoicing and delivery.

How do delivery and invoicing work?

All planners are delivered to the school together. The coordinating person receives a single invoice – no individual payments from teachers are needed.
