General Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. Provider and scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop www.dream-plan-teach.ch. The provider is dream. plan. teach., a simple partnership (einfache Gesellschaft) of Mauro Stehle and Livia Stehle, Im Feld 13c, 5712 Beinwil am See, Switzerland, e-mail: hallo@dream-plan-teach.ch (hereinafter “we”). The customer is hereinafter addressed as “you”.

1.2 The version of these GTC in force at the time of the order applies. Deviating terms apply only if we have expressly agreed to them in text form (e.g. by e-mail).

1.3 Our offering is aimed at customers with a delivery address in Switzerland. Orders may be placed by persons who are of age and have legal capacity, and by schools. These GTC apply to bulk orders from schools unless otherwise agreed.

2. Ordering process and conclusion of the contract

2.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to order.

2.2 You design your planner in the configurator, add it to the cart, enter your billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address, and complete the order by paying. You order vouchers via the voucher form and then pay for them on a payment page of our payment service provider. Until the payment is completed, you can check and correct your details in the preview, in the cart and in the address form.

2.3 By completing the payment, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by e-mail, which we send without delay after receiving your payment.

2.4 We may refuse an order or withdraw from the contract if the content of your planner violates section 3.3 or in the event of misuse. In this case, we refund any payments already made in full.

3. Personalised products and your content

3.1 Our planners are produced individually according to your details. Before ordering, please check your details carefully in the preview, in particular texts, timetable, holiday and public holiday dates, and uploaded pages. We compile the holiday and public holiday dates we suggest with care; please nevertheless compare them with the information provided by your school or municipality.

3.2 Errors based on your details (e.g. typos or incorrect dates) are not defects. The same applies to minor, technically unavoidable deviations in colour and material from the on-screen display.

3.3 You may only use content for which you hold the necessary rights and which is not unlawful. You may only enter personal data of third parties, e.g. of pupils, if you are entitled to do so. If third parties assert claims against us based on your content, you shall indemnify us against them.

4. Prices and payment

4.1 All prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF). dream. plan. teach. is not subject to VAT; no VAT is shown. Shipping within Switzerland is free of charge. The price at the time of the order applies. Obvious pricing and typographical errors are reserved.

4.2 Payment is made in advance via our payment service provider Stripe using the payment methods offered during checkout, e.g. credit or debit card, TWINT, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

4.3 For bulk orders from schools, payment by invoice is possible by agreement. The invoice amount must be paid within the period stated on the invoice.

5. Delivery

5.1 We deliver printed products exclusively to addresses in Switzerland. Shipping is handled by Swiss Post.

5.2 Production starts immediately after we receive your payment. Delivery usually takes place within two weeks of the order. Stated delivery times are guidelines. If delivery is significantly delayed, we will inform you.

5.3 You receive digital products (e.g. PDF and iPad planners as well as print-at-home planners) and vouchers as a PDF file by e-mail after we receive your payment. Please save the file when you receive it; we delete the files stored in our system two months after they were created.

5.4 In the event of delays due to force majeure or other events for which we are not responsible, the delivery period is extended accordingly.

6. No right of withdrawal, cancellation

6.1 In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return for online orders. As our planners are produced individually according to your details and production starts immediately after payment is received, returns and exchanges of non-defective products are excluded. This also applies to digital products and vouchers.

6.2 If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible. We may accept a cancellation as a goodwill gesture, in particular as long as production has not yet been completed; there is no entitlement to this. If we accept a cancellation, you receive a voucher for the amount paid, less any vouchers purchased with this order that have already been redeemed.

7. Vouchers

7.1 Vouchers can be redeemed with an order in the online shop www.dream-plan-teach.ch. They are transferable; anyone who knows the voucher code can redeem it.

7.2 A voucher can be redeemed once. If the order value is lower than the voucher value, the remaining balance is forfeited. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

7.3 These provisions also apply to vouchers that we issue following a cancellation or complaint.

8. Defects and warranty

8.1 Please inspect the delivery on receipt. Report obvious defects and transport damage to us within 7 days of receipt, and hidden defects immediately after their discovery, in each case by e-mail with the order number and photos of the defect. If you do not notify us in time, the delivery is deemed accepted.

8.2 In the event of a justified defect, we will deliver a new planner to you free of charge. For this purpose, you receive a code from us with which you reorder the planner. If a replacement delivery is not possible or fails, you may request a price reduction or the rescission of the purchase.

8.3 The warranty period is two years from delivery. Errors under section 3.2 and damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper handling are not defects.

9. Liability

9.1 We are liable for damage that we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, for indirect and consequential damage and for loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9.2 Mandatory statutory liability remains reserved, in particular under the Swiss Product Liability Act (PrHG) and for personal injury.

10. Copyright and use of digital products

10.1 All content on www.dream-plan-teach.ch, in particular texts, images, graphics, designs and programming, is protected by copyright. It may not be reproduced, edited or otherwise used without our express consent.

10.2 For digital products, you receive the non-transferable right to use and print the file for your own use. Passing it on, publishing it or selling it to third parties is not permitted.

11. Data protection

We describe how we process personal data in our privacy policy at www.dream-plan-teach.ch/en/datenschutz.

12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

12.1 Swiss law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna Sales Convention, CISG).

12.2 The place of jurisdiction is Beinwil am See. For consumers, the mandatory places of jurisdiction under Art. 32 of the Swiss Civil Procedure Code (ZPO) apply: you may bring an action at your place of residence or in Beinwil am See; we bring actions at your place of residence.

13. Final provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision.

These GTC are available in German, French and English. In the event of discrepancies, the German version is legally binding.
